Base Closings

Heard on the streets of Oshkosh..."How can they close bases with wars going in two countries and turmoil elsewhere on the planet?"

I pondered this for a moment and realized that military spending is going up, not down. Bush isn't closing them, he's just moving them over to the mideast.
